Privacy Policy
Poker Tracker Pro ("the app") is a personal poker session tracking application built and operated by Jack Lockhart ("I", "me"). This policy explains how the app handles your information.
Information the App Collects
The app does not collect, store, or transmit personal information to external servers. All data you enter — including session details, opponent notes, bankroll entries, and photos — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
iCloud Sync
If you enable iCloud sync, your app data is stored in your personal iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit. This sync is between your own devices and managed entirely by Apple. I have no access to your iCloud data. Apple's privacy policy governs how iCloud data is handled.
Photos
If you add photos to opponent profiles, those images are stored locally on your device (and in your iCloud account if sync is enabled). They are never uploaded to any server I operate.
Subscriptions
In-app subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. I do not collect or store payment information. Apple's terms and privacy policy govern all purchase transactions.
Analytics and Tracking
The app does not use any analytics services, advertising networks, crash reporting tools, or third-party tracking. No usage data leaves your device.
If you contact me via email for support, I will have access to your email address and the content of your message. I will not share this information with anyone or use it for marketing purposes.
Landing Page Email Capture
If you subscribe to email updates on pokertrackerpro.com, your email address is stored by Buttondown (our email service provider). You can unsubscribe at any time. I will never share your email address with third parties.
Data Deletion
You can delete all app data at any time within the app's settings. Deleting the app from your device also removes all locally stored data. If iCloud sync was enabled, you can delete synced data from your iCloud account through Apple's iCloud settings.
Children's Privacy
The app is intended for users aged 17 and over due to the gambling-adjacent subject matter. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
Third-Party Services
The app itself does not integrate with any third-party services. The only external services involved are Apple's App Store (for subscriptions) and Apple's iCloud (for optional sync), both governed by Apple's privacy policies.
Changes to This Policy
I may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in this document with an updated date above.
