Poker Tracker Pro ("the app") is a poker tracking app built and operated by Jack Lockhart ("I", "me"). This policy explains how the app handles your information.
Information the app collects
The app does not collect, store or transmit personal information to servers I operate. Everything you enter, including sessions, hands, opponent profiles and notes, home game records, bankroll entries and photos, is stored on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
Information about other people
Opponent profiles and home games can hold information about other people, such as names, photos and notes. That information stays on your device (and in your iCloud account if sync is on). I never receive it.
iCloud sync
If you turn on iCloud sync, your app data is stored in your personal iCloud account through Apple's CloudKit, and syncs between your own devices. Apple manages this sync and I have no access to your iCloud data. Apple's privacy policy governs how iCloud data is handled.
Purchases
Pro purchases, both the monthly subscription and the lifetime purchase, are processed by Apple through the App Store. I do not collect or store payment information. Apple's terms and privacy policy govern all purchase transactions.
Analytics and tracking
The app does not use analytics services, advertising networks, crash reporting tools or third-party tracking. No usage data leaves your device.
If you email me for support, I will see your email address and your message. I will not share them with anyone or use them for marketing.
Website email updates
If you subscribe to updates on pokertrackerpro.com, your email address is stored by Buttondown, my email service provider. You can unsubscribe at any time. I will never share your email address with third parties.
Deleting your data
You can delete all app data at any time from the app's settings. Deleting the app also removes its locally stored data. If iCloud sync was on, you can delete synced data from your iCloud account through Apple's iCloud settings.
Age
The app is intended for adults because of its gambling-adjacent subject matter. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
Third-party services
The app does not integrate with any third-party services other than Apple's App Store (for purchases) and Apple's iCloud (for optional sync), both governed by Apple's privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. Changes will appear on this page with a new date above.
