Common Questions
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Open your device's Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Poker Tracker Pro. From there you can change your plan or cancel. Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not within the app.
How do I request a refund?
All purchases are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund directly from Apple.
How do I enable iCloud sync?
In the app, go to Settings and toggle on iCloud sync. Make sure you're signed into iCloud on your device (Settings → your name → iCloud). Sync happens automatically in the background.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Go to Settings → Export Data. You can export your full session history as CSV or JSON. This is a free feature — no Pro subscription required.
I lost my data. Can you recover it?
Your data is stored locally on your device (and in iCloud if sync was enabled). I don't have access to your data and cannot recover it. If you had iCloud sync enabled, reinstalling the app should restore your data automatically.
Can I import data from another poker tracker?
Yes. Poker Tracker Pro supports importing session history from other trackers. Go to Settings → Import Data and follow the instructions for your specific format.
How do I delete all my data?
Go to Settings → Delete All Data. This permanently removes all sessions, opponents, and bankroll entries from your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, data will also be removed from iCloud.
