Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Poker Tracker Pro ("the app"), developed and operated by Jack Lockhart. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Use of the App
Poker Tracker Pro is a personal poker session tracking tool. The app is intended for individual use to record poker sessions, track opponents, and analyse your play. You agree to use the app lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Age Requirement
The app is rated 17+ due to its gambling-adjacent subject matter. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 17 years of age.
Subscriptions and Payments
Poker Tracker Pro offers optional in-app subscriptions ("Pro") that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are processed and managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. By subscribing, you also agree to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases.
- Subscription prices are displayed in the app before purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple. Contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Free Tier
Core features — including unlimited session tracking, unlimited bankroll history, the blind timer, and up to 10 opponent profiles — are available for free with no ads, time limits, or usage caps.
Your Data
All data you enter into the app is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is also stored in your personal iCloud account. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. I am not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or iCloud issues.
Intellectual Property
The app, its design, code, and content are the intellectual property of Jack Lockhart. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app or any part of it.
No Gambling
Poker Tracker Pro is a tracking and analysis tool. The app does not facilitate, enable, or offer real-money gambling. It does not process wagers, connect to poker rooms, or provide access to any form of online or live gambling.
Accuracy and Liability
The app provides calculations and analysis based on data you enter. While I strive for accuracy, the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. I am not liable for decisions you make based on the app's output, including financial decisions related to poker play.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device. I reserve the right to discontinue the app or any features at any time, though I will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of significant changes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Changes to These Terms
I may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in this document with an updated date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
