These terms govern your use of Poker Tracker Pro ("the app"), developed and operated by Jack Lockhart. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Use of the app
Poker Tracker Pro is a poker tracking tool. You can use it to record sessions and hands, keep notes on opponents, run home games and analyse your play. You agree to use the app lawfully and in line with these terms.
Content about other people
Opponent profiles and home games let you store names, photos and notes about other people. You are responsible for what you add, and for having the right to store and use any photo you add. Don't use the app to harass, track or expose anyone.
Age requirement
The app is intended for adults because of its gambling-adjacent subject matter. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
Pro purchases
Pro unlocks additional features and is available as a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Purchases are processed and managed by Apple through the App Store, and by purchasing you also agree to Apple's terms for in-app purchases.
- Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
- The monthly subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions.
- The lifetime purchase is a single payment with no renewal. It unlocks Pro on devices signed in to the same Apple Account and can be restored from the app.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Free features
The core tracker is free, with no ads or time limits. The features included in the free version and in Pro are shown in the app before purchase.
Your data
Everything you enter is stored on your device. If you turn on iCloud sync, it is also stored in your personal iCloud account. You are responsible for keeping backups. I am not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, deleting the app, or iCloud issues.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, code and content are the intellectual property of Jack Lockhart. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer the app or any part of it.
No gambling
Poker Tracker Pro is a tracking and analysis tool. It does not offer, facilitate or enable real-money gambling. It does not process wagers, connect to poker rooms, or hold or transfer money for home games. Home game figures are a record only.
Accuracy and liability
The app's calculations are based on the data you enter. While I aim for accuracy, the app is provided "as is". I am not liable for decisions you make based on the app's output, including financial decisions about poker.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. I may discontinue the app or any feature, and I will make reasonable efforts to give notice of significant changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. Changes will appear on this page with a new date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.
